The Code Duello, defined in the 1770’s, set rules for dueling for over a hundred years. Its most glaring deviations occurred in America. A victory of science over wild things. This is a short story I directed and production designed. It was shot on 16mm film.

Hollywood Operation

This is a spoof on the popular board game “Operation”. It was shot on 16mm film. I was the producer. I also directed and shot an alternate version using a Fisher-Price Pixelvision PXL 2000 video camera. The PXL version played on Canada’s CBC.

158 Miles to Yesterday

A documentary on the largest surviving original stretch of Route 66. All of it in Arizona. I was a producer and assistant director on this documentary. It played at the Kingman Powerhouse Museum on historic Route 66. And is a cult favorite with the Route 66 and historic roads fanatics.

PXL Pinata - A PXL Experiment

An experimental short about PXL on PXL violence. Unleashed by a six year old girl and her aluminum bat. I directed this short and made the PXL camera pinata.

This footage was captured using a defunct Fisher-Price toy, the Pixelvision PXL 2000. This video camera used cassette tapes as it's capture media. It produces a unique black and white image and has since garnered a cult following among avant-garde and experimental story tellers.
